Orders & Shipping

Where do you deliver?

We currently ship only within Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates.

How long does order processing take?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

What are the shipping costs?

For Saudi Arabia:

  • Standard shipping fee is 35 SAR per order.
  • Enjoy free shipping on all orders over 199 SAR.

For UAE:

  • Standard shipping fee is 35 AED per order.
  • Enjoy free shipping on all orders over 199 AED.
How long will delivery take?

Riyadh: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Jeddah, Dammam & other major cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Other cities & regions in Saudi Arabia: 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Orders placed from UAE will be delivered between 5-7 business days after dispatch. Subject to custom clearance and delivery city.

Note: During Ramadan and public holidays, delivery may be delayed.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. If you have registered for an account, you can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.

Payment & Pricing

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes, all prices include VAT.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Union Pay.

What currency are your prices in?

All prices are in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and the corresponding AED amount based on exchange rate conversion.

Is payment secure?

Yes, we use encrypted payment gateways that comply with international security standards to protect your payment information.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the return/exchange period?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date that the customer receives the product(s). Any returns requests after the mentioned period will not be processed.

What items cannot be returned/exchanged?

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: certain designated promotional products; underwear, socks, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons); customized items; items damaged due to customer mishandling; and products without original packaging or tags.

Who pays for return/exchange shipping?

Only one return/exchange is free of shipping per order. Subsequent returns/exchanges for the same order will incur shipping fees.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days after we receive and approve the return. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Products & Quality

Do product colors match the photos?

We strive for accuracy, but colors may vary slightly due to screen differences.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

Contact us within 48 hours at support@infuseactive.com with clear photos after you receive the damaged or defective item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

What if my package is lost?

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.

Account & Information

Can I change my shipping address?

Contact customer service before your order is shipped. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed. Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout.
