Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email with tracking information once your shipment is dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

For Saudi Arabia:

  • Standard shipping fee is 35 SAR per order.
  • Enjoy free shipping on all orders over 199 SAR.

For United Arab Emirates:

  • Standard shipping fee is 35 AED per order.
  • Enjoy free shipping on all orders over 199 AED.

We partner with trusted local carriers to ensure secure and timely delivery. 

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Riyadh: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Jeddah, Dammam & other major cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Other cities & regions in Saudi Arabia: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Orders placed from UAE will be delivered between 5-7 business days after dispatch. Subject to custom clearance and delivery city.

Please note:

  • During Ramadan and public holidays, delivery may be delayed by additional business days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to operational or logistical circumstances beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have registered for an account, you can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website. 

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@infuseactive.com with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Lost Items: If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period (significantly beyond the estimated delivery window), please contact us. 

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to address error, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Interpretation Authority

The interpretation right of this Privacy Policy belongs to Navigator Holding (HK) Limited. In case of any discrepancy between the English and any other versions of this policy, the English version shall prevail.
