1.Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
1.1 Timeframe
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date that the customer receives the product(s).
1.2 Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- In original condition with all tags and labels attached.
- Packaged in the original packaging with all accessories included.
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear, socks, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Products without original packaging or tags.
- Certain designated promotional products.

Only one return/exchange is free of shipping per order.
Subsequent returns/exchanges for the same order will incur shipping fees.
