Returns & Refunds Policy

1.Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

1.1 Timeframe

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date that the customer receives the product(s). 

1.2 Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • In original condition with all tags and labels attached.
  • Packaged in the original packaging with all accessories included.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear, socks, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Products without original packaging or tags.
  • Certain designated promotional products.

2.  Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange for the same item, please reach out to our support team at support@infuseactive.com. Please include your order number and photos clearly showing the product in complete and undamaged condition.

3.  Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Method

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

3.2 Refund Timeline

Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days after we receive and approve the return.

Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account based on your payment provider's processing time.

4. Return and Exchange Shipping Costs Responsibility

Only one return/exchange is free of shipping per order.

Subsequent returns/exchanges for the same order will incur shipping fees.

5.  Processing Times

5.1 Return Processing

Inspection: 1-2 business days after receipt.

Approval Notification: Within 3 business days.

Refund Processing: 7 business days after approval.

5.2 Exchange Processing

Inspection: 1-2 business days after receipt.

Processing Time: 2-3 business days after return receipt.

Shipping Time: 1-7 business days for standard delivery.

Interpretation Authority 

The interpretation right of this Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy belongs to Navigator Holding (HK) Limited. In case of any discrepancy between the English and any other versions of this policy, the English version shall prevail.
